EC Comics - Old Witch

Comecei a reformar uma escultura da Velha Bruxa, uma das narradoras das histórias da EC Comics.
Tinha feito essa cabeça uns 16 anos atrás e ela tava jogada por aí.
Na época eu ainda usava argila e com o tempo a peça foi avariada, ultimamente tenho re-lido muito Tales From The Crypt e to viciado na série da HBO de novo.
Ja tava na hora de prestar meu respeito aos mestres e fazer a Velha Bruxa de corpo inteiro, então vcs vão ouvir falar muito disso daqui pra frente.
Essa é a aparencia original dela.

I started to reform a sculpture of the Old Witch, one of the narrators of the stories of EC Comics.
I had done this head some good 16 years ago and it was laying around.
At the time I still was using clay(real clay) ad with the time the piece was severely beaten, latelly Im re-reading a lot of Tales From The Crypt and Im adicted again on the HBO series.
It´s just in time to pay my respect to the masters and make the Old Witch in full body,so you guys are going to read a lot about it from now on!

Karras

Desenvolvi essa pra Karras,banda da minha amigona Ju.
Minha idéia foi usar uma imagem de Pazuzu e mesclar com zumbis a pedido deles.Eles tem muitas letras falando disso.
É engraçado que muitas vezes eu tente fugir do tema mas as pessoas me puxem de volta, não to reclamando, adoro fazer.E parece que as pessoas realmente gostam que eu faça.
Além disso procurei incluir a imagem de prédios ruindo, sempre é bom incluir uma boa dose de apocalipse e desespero.;D

I did this one for Karras, my friend Ju´s band.
My idea was to use a Pazuzu image and mix it with some zombies that the request me.They have a lot of lyrics about it.
Its funny that a lot of times i try to avoid the subject(zombies) but people bring me back to it, im not complaining, love to do.And it seems that people really enjoy when i do.
Besides that I included some collapsig buildings,its always neat to have some good old apocalypse and despair going.;D

...Chegamos ao último dia irmãos e irmãs, a história não acabou mas estamos passando para o próximo capítulo.Hoje é igual a ontem só se tu não fizer nada a respeito,ohhh que profundo...Este blog teve início quando me dei conta de que certas coisas que eu fazia eu deixava guardadinho no fundo de uma gaveta e pensei, porque guardar isso só pra mim?
100 posts depois aqui estamos nós,falei muito mais do que imaginava a respeito das minhas motivações pra produzir, permiti que lessem textos que acompanhavam cada peça como o diálogo da cena para a qual foram feitas e que eu mantinha idiotamente em segredo.Gente de todos os cantos do mundo esteve por aqui, Rússia,Ucrânia,Bielorrússia,Polônia,Noruega,Áustria,Bélgica,Suíça,Suécia,Finlândia,Holanda,Alemanha,Itália,Grécia,França,Inglaterra,Irlanda,Espanha,Portugal,Arábia Saudita,Índia,Irã,Paquistão,Malásia,Filipinas,Japão,Austrália,Nova Zelândia,Singapura,Havaí,Pearl City,África do Sul,Cabo Verde,todo o Brasil e Estados Unidos,Canadá,Uruguai,Argentina,Chile e México.

…here we are at the last day brothers and sisters, the story isn´t finished but were passing to the next chapter. Today is the same as yesterday only if you don´t do anything about it, ohhh, so deep….This blog started when I noticed that certain things I did I was keeping locked in the botton of a shelve and I thought, why to keep it for myself?
